With a Master's Degree in Adult Education and experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations including EY(BCForward), Koch Industries, Walmart, T-Mobile, Assurant, and T-ROC Global, I specialize in creating learning experiences that improve employee engagement, accelerate productivity, and strengthen long-term retention.
